Ethan Jimenez joined Burress Injury Law in 2026 and focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury cases. He represents individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries, bringing a disciplined, strategic approach to every case he handles.

Before joining the firm, Ethan represented insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury litigation. That experience gives him a clear understanding of how carriers evaluate claims, how defense counsel builds their cases, and where they look to minimize value. He now uses that insight to anticipate defense strategies and position his clients’ cases for maximum recovery.

Ethan is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and ensure they fully understand their case, their options, and the path forward.

Ethan believes that results come from preparation, consistency, and pressure. He approaches every case with the expectation that it may need to be tried, and he works to build leverage from day one. He is also committed to keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process, recognizing that strong communication is a critical part of effective representation.

Ethan was born and raised in Odessa, Texas, in the Permian Basin. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology, from Texas Tech University. He went on to earn his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, he represented criminal defendants through the Caprock Regional Public Defenders Clinic, where he developed early courtroom experience and a strong foundation in advocacy.

Outside the office, Ethan enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, cooking, and exploring new coffee spots.
