David Maldonado joined Burress Injury Law in 2026, bringing more than 13 years of experience representing injured victims in personal injury cases. An accomplished trial attorney, David has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. His experience includes a wide range of serious personal injury matters, including commercial vehicle crashes and wrongful death cases.
A native Texan, David grew up in Corpus Christi. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from St. Edward’s University before earning his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their rescue dog, Winston. He also enjoys barbecuing, playing golf, and attending live sporting events.
