Administrative Assistant

Location: McKinney, Texas

Established, highly regarded, growing Personal Injury Law firm seeks full-time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Preparing documents, as needed
  • Processing and coordinating invoices and payments

Skillset required to be successful

  • Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience working in a personal injury law firm or experience as an administrative assistant
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Living in or near McKinney/Frisco is a plus
  • Self-starter who is motivated to be an integral part of a growing, highly successful team
  • Strong desire to (1) Learn, (2) Become indispensable, and (3) Earn promotion to higher-level, higher impact position
  • Works well in team environment (our team gets along very well)
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Proactive, can-do team-oriented attitude who insists on winning for our clients
  • Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with ability to think on your feet
