Dustin Hopson is a trial attorney who joined Burress Law in 2018. He attended Westmoore High School in Oklahoma City before attending and graduating from the University of Oklahoma, where he was awarded the Cortez A.M. Ewing Public Service Fellowship, later serving his fellowship in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation he attended the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was among the highest decorated members of the Board of Barristers. Since then, he has had over 16 years of experience litigating and trying cases in the state and federal courts of Texas and Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, in Denver, Colorado. Dustin specializes in personal injury litigation and has a history of handling disputes involving complicated legal issues and insurance claims, including cases in the areas of civil rights, employment, and criminal law, as well as personal injury. Dustin has tried many cases on behalf of Plaintiffs and Insurance Companies. His familiarity with the way cases are handled, how the other side litigates those cases, and the strategies and tactics used to defend such cases is invaluable to our clients as we pursue claims for them.
